Explain the poem of lupang hinirang

 

Lupang Hinirang is not a poem but actually the Philippine national anthem and this song describes the philippines and its beauty like the blue sea, the mountains, and the blue skies and in the last part that says "Ang mamatay ng dahil sayo" I think it is referring to the heroes of the country because they fought for our freedom even though they know that they will probably die but they died for the countrys freedom and us filipinos are very thankful for what they did and they are now taught in school and has special days or holidays to celebrate and remember what they did for the country
